摘要
以石油焦为原料、KOH为活化剂,制备了超级电容器用多孔炭。微波法制备的多孔炭的BET比表面积为1 951.06cm2/g,比电容为288 F/g;电炉法制备的多孔炭的BET比表面积为2 376.73 m2/g,比电容为256 F/g。微波法制备的多孔炭比电炉法制备的多孔炭的有序度更大。
Porous carbon (PC) for supercapaeitors was prepared from petroleum coke by activation with KOH.The specific capacitance of microwave method (MW)-PC was 288F/g,its BET specific surface area (SSA) was 1 951.06 m^2/g, the specific capacitance of resistance furnace method (EF)-PC was 256 F/g, its BET-SSA was 2 376.73 m^2/g. The order of MW-PC was more regular than that of EF-PC.
