摘要
针对复合型应用性人才的培养,反思旧有的实验教学体系与培养方法,探讨综合实验教学与培养学生综合能力和素质的关系,提出一种跨专业方向的实验教学培养模式。
This paper presented a new model for students＇ laboratory work. The traditional lab work and training system for college students were observed and analyzed. The relations between the synthesized lab work and students＇ capabilities were discussed. It can be expected that the new model will be an effective one in cultivating students＇ competences.
