摘要 400系不锈钢430和410S钢卷在宝钢1780mm热轧生产线轧制过程中,经常发生热轧边裂现象,给后续冷轧工序加工造成困难或热轧黑皮卷的裁边损失。通过对430和410S边裂原因的实验室研究,发现430和410S在高温状态下存在不同的组织,且高温物相的比例也不尽相同。通过模拟试验研究以及结合现场工艺分析,采取在430高温区第二相比例较少的温度区间热轧和在410S低温区第二相比例偏少时进行热轧,可有效降低工业生产中430和410S的边裂缺陷。 In the hot rolling process of stainless steels 430 and 410S(400 series), edge cracks can be seen frequently, which makes the cold rolling process difficult or causes the side cut loss of hot rolled coils. By the laboratory study on the 430 and 410S edge crack mechanism, it was discovered that there existed different structures in the 430 and 410S at high temperature, and the ratio of the phase and structure at high temperature were also different. The thermal simulation test and field technology analysis showed that hot-rolling the 430 in the high temperature zone when the second phase was comparatively fewer and hot-rolling the 410S in the low temperature zone when the second phase was fewer in proportion could effectively reduce the edge cracks.
