摘要
介绍了分子印迹技术的原理和金属配位键独特的优点,并着重介绍金属配位化合物在模板聚合物设计中的应用及研究现状。综述了在设计氨基酸,碳水化合物,其他模板分子如金鸡纳定等聚合物时的原理、方法。对金属配位化合物在模拟催化方面的研究进展作了概述。
The principle of molecular imprinting technique and designs selective sites in templated poly- mers by taking advantage of coordinative bonds as advance driving force were introduced. Recent achieve m-ents and research status on coordinative bonds, which was used to recognition of amino acids, proteins and other templates were surveied. Additionally, its development on biomolecule templated materialtowards enzyme-like catalysis in the up-coming years were also summerized.
