摘要
针对目前太阳能电池中占重要地位的硅太阳能电池、化合物半导体和染料敏化太阳能电池的研究现状进行了调研,对研究热点、存在问题及发展方向进行了总结,同时讨论了三类太阳能电池各自的优势和不足。
The silicon solar cells, compound semiconductor solar cells and dye-sensitized solar cells play an important role in the current solar cells; this paper investigats their status of research,and summarizes their main research focus, the problems and development direction and discusses the advantage and disadvantage on three types of solar cells.
