摘要 雄源遗传性脱发（androgenetic alopecia，AGA）是一种雄激素依赖性的遗传性毛发脱落病。过去又称寻常秃发（Common baldness）、早秃（Alopecia Prematura）或脂溢性脱发（Seborrheic Alopecia）。AGA的发生和进展取决于内分泌因子和遗传易感性的相互作用。
