复春散Ⅱ号与曲安奈德联合应用治疗瘢痕疙瘩 被引量：1

摘要 瘢痕疙瘩是一种过多胶原沉积导致的纤维增生性疾病，它常在易感人群中发生，为一种超过损伤边界的皮肤瘢痕，常可以在轻微损伤后诱发瘢痕疙瘩的出现和生长。至今，瘢痕疙瘩的治疗仍很复杂和困难，没有一种方法有特效，多种治疗方法的联合应用是最有效和最安全的治疗策略。笔者从2002年4月-2008年4月，用中药复春散Ⅱ号（吉林通化昌源灼伤瘢痕研究所）联合曲安奈德瘢痕内注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩取得了满意的疗效，现报道如下。
