摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳技术,对紫花地丁和早开堇菜的种子、叶片及地下茎进行POD和SOD同工酶分析。结果表明,紫花地丁和早开堇菜种子SOD、POD同工酶谱相近,而叶部POD同工酶、根部SOD和POD同工酶又存在明显差异,说明这两种植物亲缘关系很近。
sing the technique of polyacrylamide vertical surface plate gel electrophoresis, we analysed POD isozyme and SOD isozyme of Viola philippica and Viola prionantha′s seeds, leaves and rhizomes. The results showed, these two plants′s seed SOD and POD isozymograms were resemble, but their leaf POD isozymograms were different. It indicated that their relationship is near, but their heredity is different.
