摘要
目的:通过对动态增强核磁共振(MR)的后处理,得出病灶的时间-信号曲线并对其分型,讨论各型曲线与病灶良、恶性之间的关联性.方法:收集了30例乳腺疾病初诊病例,对35个病灶的动态增强MR进行后处理,得出时间-信号曲线,并对曲线进行分型,用统计学方法评价各型曲线与病灶良、恶性之间的关联性.结果:除I型,II型,III型曲线外,发现了IV型曲线.IV型曲线可分为两个亚型:IVA型曲线见于囊肿内出血或导管内分泌物积聚;IVB型曲线见于血供极少的良性病变,如纤维成分含量较高的纤维腺瘤.结论:IV型曲线是良性病灶的特异性曲线.
AIM: To observe the postprocessed time-signal curve of 3D dynamic MR of breast lesions and discuss the relationship between each type of curve and the benign or malignant lesions. METHODS: We prospectively studied 30 cases of breast diseases, observed the postprocessed time-signal curves of 35 focuses, typed the curves and statistically evaluated the relationship between each type of curve and the benign or malignant lesion. RESULTS: Fourth type of time-signal curve was found besides type I, type II and type III. Type IV curve can be divided into two subtypes, IVA and IVB. Type IVA curve appeared in hemorrhage in cyst or intraductal secretion accumulation; type IVB curve appeared in benign lesion with few blood supply such as fibroadenoma with fabric as the main component. CONCLUSION: Type Ⅳ curve is the specific curve of benign focus.
