本文探讨了通过气相色谱法对克劳斯气体中的H2S和SO2的分析方法,能够快速准确地将二者含量分析出来,指导在进克劳斯回收炉前的准确配比,解决了因配比的不及时和不准确而导致的尾气SO2超标以及原料浪费问题。
The analysis method for sulfureted hydrogen and sulfur dioxide in Claus gas was discussed by Gas chromatography. The content of sulfureted hydrogen and sulfur dioxide could be analyzed accurately which direct the matching in Claus recovery furnace. Some problems such as SO2 overproof caused by matching untimely and inaccurately and waste of materials were solved.
