枸橼酸莫沙必利对成人心电图QT间期的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价枸橼酸莫沙必利对成人心电图QT间期的影响。方法随机抽取患者有慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、反流性食管炎及胃瘫等并排除心律失常的成人患者80例,均餐前口服枸橼酸莫沙必利5mg,3次/d,连续2周,观察并记录所有患者服用前、服用2周后的心电图QT间期。结果80例患者心电图QT间期均在正常值范围,服药前后患者心电图QT间期分别为(0.40±0.32)ms、(0.40±0.31)ms。服药前后QT间期变化差异无统计学意义(P=0.949)。服药期间亦未见其他严重不良反应。
