大型合成氨装置有效能分析及应用

摘要 通过采用有效能平衡方法对合成氨装置进行用能分析,提出系统能量转换的薄弱环节,指出节能改造的目的和方向,并对改造效果进行总结,提出"夹点"是寻找系统冷热流股换热匹配的最佳用能点。通过改造,吨氨能耗由40.0GJ降为34.4GJ。 An analysis of the energy used in an ammonia unit is made through the equilibration of available energy, weak links are pointed out in energy transition in the system, the object and direction of renovation in energy saving are indicated, and the results of renovation are summarized. It is proposed that by "pinch points" the optimal points of energy use are found, matching the heat exchange between cold and hot flows in the system. After the renovation, the energy consumption per ton of am- monia decreases from 40.0 GJ to 34.4 GJ.
