摘要
在Fe-NTA-水杨酸体系脱硫过程中,由于副反应的发生,导致体系中SO42-,S2O32-及CNS-的积累。试验发现:SO42-和S2O32-浓度增加将使体系电位下降,体系脱硫速率和再生速率变慢;CNS-浓度增加将使体系脱硫电位上升,体系脱硫速率和再生速率加快。其它影响因素和其它湿式铁系氧化法脱硫体系还有待进一步深入研究,以改善体系的性能。
In the desulfurization of the Fe-NTA-salicylic acid system, side reactions lead to the accumulation of SO4^2-,S2O3^2- and CNS^- in the system. It is found in the experiment that an increase in the concentration of SO4^2- and S2O3^2- will reduce the potential of the system, and the desulfurization rate and regeneration rate of the system become slower; while an increase in the concentration Of CNS^- causes the desuffurization potential of the system to rise, and the desulfurization rate and regeneration rate become faster. As for other factors that have an effect and other wet-type in-based oxidation desulfurization system, further research is needed to improve the properties of the system.
