摘要
通过对某炼油厂常压蒸馏塔生产工艺的分析,建立了蒸馏塔复杂控制对象的简化模型,以冷却水流量为控制量,以回流储液罐的液位为被控制量,达到控制塔顶馏出产品质量的效果,并在Simulink中实现蒸馏塔的建模、控制设计分析和仿真,既提高了蒸馏塔这类复杂对象过程建模和控制分析的可操作性,同时在实际运行中也取得了较好的控制效果。
According to analysis on the technology of a atmospheric distillation tower,this paper has created a simplied model for the complicated eontroled object such as a distillation tower,has well controled the quality of products from a tower top by building a control variable as cooling water flow and a controled variable as fluid container level,has realized on SIMULINK for a distillation tower＇s modeling,control design and simulation,increases the maneuverability for process modeling and control analysis on complicated eontroled objects such as a distillation tower, has obtained a better control effect on the distillation towels running.
