摘要 表观遗传学是研究没有DNA序列变化,并且可以遗传的基因功能变化的学科。表观遗传在植物生长发育过程中起着极其重要的作用,现对其主要研究内容及相关进展进行综述。 Epigenetics is a kind of disciplines that researche gene functional change with heritable characteristics without DNA sequence alteration.Epigenetic plays an important role in plant development.In this paper,the regulating mechanisms of plant epigenetics and its progress involved in the research on this topic were reviewed.
