摘要
随着微处理器的出现和控制算法的改进,控制系统的数字化已经成为其发展的主要方向之一。给出了一种基于C8051F040单片机的伺服系统设计方法,分析了数字校正环路的结构以及软件操作流程,着重介绍了数字PI调节器以及数字脉宽调制信号(PWM)的设计原理。该设计硬件电路简单,调试方便。试验证明,其性能稳定可靠,在工程实践中具较高的推广和应用价值。
With the advent of the microprocessor and the improvement of the controller algorithm, the digital control system is becoming one of the most important directions in the field. In this paper, a method of design based on C8051F040 is offered. The digital control loop eonfignration and the flowchart of digital controller operation are analyzed. It puts emphasis on introducing the design principle of the digital PI controller and the PWM signal. The eirouit is simple and the debug method is convenient. The test results prove that the new method has high stable performance and wide application in engineering.
