摘要
对挤压铸造法制备Al2O3/ZA27复合材料的高温力学性能及耐磨性能进行了测定。结果表明,Al2O3短纤维加入到ZA27合金中,可显著提高合金的高温抗拉强度和耐磨性能。
Short fibre alumina composite reinforced with Zn 27Al alloy as matrix was fabricated by squeeze casting.The high temperature properties and wear properties were tested.The test results show that in comparison with ZA27,the composite has higher wear resistance and high temperature tensile strength at 100℃.
