摘要
脾功能亢进发生于各种原因的肝硬化是一种常见病。作者通过文献复习，就脾功能亢进的介入治疗包括部分性脾栓塞（PSE）、双重介入法、经皮穿刺注药部分性脾栓塞、射频消融术等进行综述。
The Hypersplenism is a kind of common disease occuring in liver cirrhosis of different reasons. The author through the literature review, carries on the summary on interventional therapy of hypersplenism including the part splenic embolism （PSE）, the dual interventional therapy, percutaneous drug injection part splenic embolism, radiofrequency ablation and so on.
