摘要
为适应环境的快速多变,企业的任务和运作方式日益呈现出"项目化"的特点,以"按项目进行管理"(Manangement By Project,简称MBP)为主导思想的新型企业管理模式应运而生。旨在研究如何在企业中应用"按项目进行管理"的管理模式,通过建立"按项目进行管理"的体系框架,从组织结构、管理方法、管理机制、管理流程4个维度出发,探讨了实行"按项目进行管理"的企业在每一维度上应重点关注的工作,以期为企业实行"按项目进行管理"提供一点借鉴。
To adapt the speedy change of environment, the tasks and way of operation in enterprises presented more characters of "project". Enterprise project management(EPM) required "management by project "(MBP) as a principal thinking emerges. The paper aimed to do study on how to apply "management by project" in practice and put forward a systematic framework which included four dimensions that were organization structure, management method, management mechanism and management process. Furthermore, the paper also discussed what should be noticed in every dimension.
