摘要
中小企业在市场竞争中具有组织灵活、策略清晰、小型项目管理能力突出等优势,本文以淮辰公司为研究案例,分析其在大型项目管理中存在的关键问题,并提出一些解决建议。
The small and medium-sized enterprise has the organization nimbly in the market competition, the strategy clear, small project management ability prominent and so on the superiority, this article take the Huai chen company as the research case, analyzes it the key question which exists in the project project management, and puts forward some solution proposal.
