摘要
对多线穿水轧制钢筋的设备进行了设计,对生产线的工艺参数和成品性能进行了分析研究。通过合理设计穿水冷却设备、恰当设定工艺参数,得到了性能及均匀性均符合要求的多线穿水轧制型材。
The multi- rolling and cooling equipment was designed. The technology parameters of this production line and product properties were analyzed and studied. By means of accurately designing cooling equipment and rightfully sitting technology parameters, the multi- rolling and cooling steel bar of the product properties and uniformity all in accordance with demand were prepared.
