摘要
详细地叙述了用ＣＳＩＭＡＮ仿真技术，建立一个电话月租费收费窗口仿真系统的方法。并根据ＣＳＩＭＡＮ仿真系统中的资源利用率ＮＲ（Ｉ）和实体排队长度ＮＱ（Ｉ）确定收费窗口的最佳数目。
This paper describes in detail the methods for estabishing a simulation system of windows for collect monthly telephonic rent by use of CSIMAN simulation technique, the methods to determine a optimum number of the window for collect rent by the light of the resource's capacity utilization NR(I) and the length of the queued entities NQ(I) in CSIMAN simulation system
