摘要
本文提出车床床身导轨 CAD的新方法。用数字规划理论建立导轨设计的数字模型和约束条件,采用罚函数法(SUMTD)优化方法,借助于 IBM-PC微机和导轨设计的应用软件,可获得导轨结构参数的最佳组合,使导轨具有较小比压,从而减少导轨的磨损,长期保持其导向精度和工作寿命。
In this article, the mathematical model and constraint conditions for designing guide ways are constructed by means of mathematical programming, and the optimization method of penalty function is applied. By mean of IBM-PC and the application software for designing guide ways, an optimal combination of constructional parameters of guide ways with smaller specific pressure and longer life for keeping guiding accuracy has been obtained.
