摘要
企业联盟知识共享是指联盟内各企业的显性知识和隐性知识通过各种共享手段为组织中其他成员所共同分享,从而转变为联盟的知识财富。现实中的结盟企业可分为紧密型和松散型两种联盟形式,而知识的模糊性、成员企业间的制度、文化差异,及互信、激励机制的缺乏都是影响企业联盟知识共享的因素,因此,要完善企业联盟知识共享机制须从故政府的政策支持、知识资产保护、营造合作文化氛围、建立互信机制和奖惩机制等方面着手开展。

Hence, in order to perfect the mechanism of knowledge - sharing enterprise alliance, related measures such as policy support of government, protection of intellectual property, an atmosphere of cultural cooperation, and the establishment of a mechanism of mutual trust and the reward and punishment mechanism are needed.
