摘要
本文提出应用微机控制步进电机对滚齿机的传动误差进行补偿。由此研制的一整套硬件接口、软件以及相应的机床改装结构与TP801-B型单板机配套使用,成功地在Y3180E型滚齿机上得到应用。实验证明,可使补偿后的齿轮加工运动精度提高1~2级。
The compensation of kinematic transmission error of hobbing machine by controlling step motor with microcomputer is put forward in this article. For this purpose, a complete set of hardware interface, software and the corresponding retrofitting hobber Y3180E in accordance with single board computer TP801-B are successfully applied. It is proved by experiment that the accuracy of machined gear is enhanced for 1~2 grades.
