摘要
高职教育是培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能应用型人才,学生就业能力的高低,直接反映着高职教育的方向和水平。针对目前我国的高职院校存在的人才培养针对性不强、就业指导形式和效果不理想、课程设置落后以及实训教学质量差等,严重影响学生就业的问题。高职教育应以就业为导向,提高学生的专业操作技能和综合素质,开展行之有效的就业指导,加强毕业生就业竞争能力培养,以提高高职院校学生的就业能力。
Vocational education aims to develop skilled practical talents for the front line of production, management and service. So the students＇ employment ability represents the direction and standard of vocational education. Considering the problems seriously influencing students＇ employment in vocational colhges-weak in the aim of talent cultivating, non-ideal in employment guidance and effect, backward in course design, and inferior in practical teaching, etc.-vocational education should increase students＇ professional operation skills and comprehensive quality based on employment, practice effective employment guidance, and strengthen competitive ability of graduates＇ employment to inerease their employment ability.
