应用Usov和Melroseγ射线脉冲星的修正的极冠区内间隙模型,得出了γ射线脉冲星Geminga为什么没有射电脉冲辐射或射电脉冲辐射很弱的一种可能解释.同时,也可看出,中子星表面的多极场有着重要的作用.
Based on the consideration that generation order parameters of all radio pulsars must be at least equal to unity and a new kind of modified polar gap model of γ ray pulsars, we give a possible explanation that why the γ ray pulsar Geminga is not a radio pulsar. We find that the strength of multipole magnetic field at the surface of neutron stars is of great importance to radio radiationfrom Geminga like pulsars.
