摘要
本文提出了一种测力弹性元件与铣刀固联、测力信号由光模拟信号传输至机床运动主轴之外的铣削测力仪方案,并对其相关环节进行了设计。实际切削结果表明,该测力仪真实地测量了由于切削参数的变化而引起的铣削力的变化,且工作稳定、可靠,是很有发展前途的一种测力仪。
In this paper, the plan of a milling dynamometer has been put forward, and the related links have been designed. In this dynamometer, the elastic component for measuring cutting force is fastened to the milling cutter, the signal of measured force is transmitted to the dynamometer apart from the machine tool spindle by photo-simulation signal.
