摘要 茯苓多糖为我国传统中药茯苓的主要有效成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、增强机体免疫力、抗氧化、降血糖血脂、保肝、催眠等作用,可用于医疗、保健等领域,具有广阔的开发应用前景。为进一步优化茯苓多糖的提取工艺,促进其开发应用,文章参考大量国内外文献,对近几年茯苓多糖的提取、纯化及其应用作一综述。 Pachyman is the main effective component of the traditional Chinese medicine Poria cocos. It has effect of antitumor, antivirus, enhancing immunity, antioxidant, hypoglycemic and reducing blood lipid, protecting liver and hypnosis ect. It can beused in the field of medical care and others, so it has wide development and application prospect. In order to further optimize the extracting processes of pachyman and promoting its development and application, this article reviewed the extraction, purification and application of pachyman in recent years based on large quantity of domestic & foreign literatures.
