摘要
日照作用产生混凝土结构的应力和变形直接影响到混凝土结构的可靠性和耐久性.为了确定混凝土箱梁温差分布规律,对一座具有100mm沥青铺装层的预应力混凝土梁桥箱梁进行了为期2年的温度效应的观测,在实测数据的基础上采用统计分析中假设检验和参数分析的方法对混凝土箱梁温度场的日照温差代表值进行了分析计算.计算结果表明:100mm沥青铺装层的混凝土箱梁夏季最大日温差服从参数为W(8.358 7,3.591 2)的W eibull分布;冬季最大日温差服从参数为W(3.958 0,2.720 7)的W eibull分布.依据长期观测数据提出了一种通过统计计算得到混凝土箱梁温差代表值的方法并计算出最大温差代表值.计算得到的最大温差标准值、频遇值和准永久值分别为17.3,17.0,15.9℃.
The structural stress and strains caused by solar temperature effect influence the reliability and durability of concrete structures directly.In order to determine the temperature distribution in the concrete box-girder,a two-year observation on thermal effect was conducted for a PC(prestressed concrete) continuous box-girder bridge with a 100 mm asphalt concrete cover.Based on the measurement data,the hypothesis testing and parameter analysis were used in the statistical analysis of values of daily temperature difference in the concrete box-girder.The calculation results indicate that the daily maximum temperature difference of the concrete boxgirder with a 100mm asphalt concrete cover follows a Weibull distribution with parameters 8.358 7 and 3.591 2 in summer,and a Weibull distribution with parameters 3.958 0 and 2.720 7 in winter.A method to compute the representative value of temperature difference is proposed through statistical analysis base on long-term observation data.Representative values of temperature difference for the analyzed box-girder have been calculated by this method.Characteristic value,frequent value and quasi-permanent value are 17.3,17.0 and 15.9 ℃ respectively.
