摘要
文章针对运行调度,提出一种适用于短期运行规划可靠性分析的发电机组新模型;该模型考虑了机组在不同的运行方式下状态空间转移的差别,在传统的故障率和修复率基础上考虑了系统需求率、机组的启动延时、启动失败概率和延时停运等运行因素,定义了条件强迫停运率并给出了不同模型下机组CFOR的计算方法,揭示了机组可靠性与系统需求率之间的相依关系;在此基础上建立发电机组投运模型和算法,以IEEE-RTS为例,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。
According to operation dispatching, a new generation unit model for short term operation reliability analysis is presented, which considers the difference of state space transferring of the units under different operation modes. In addition to the traditional outage rate and repair rate, this model includes the unit's start-up delay, start-up failure probability and postponable outage. The definition of the condition forced outage rate (CFOR) and the calculation method of the CFOR for different unit models are given, which reveals the correlation between unit's reliability and system's requirement. Based on the proposed unit model, a new unit commitment model and a corresponding algorithm are presente& By the case study of the IEEE-RTS, the feasibility and reasonableness of the proposed algorithm are proved.
