摘要
本文界定了需要的内涵,着重分析高校教师需要的特点,进而从关注高校教师的薪酬、绩效考核、职业生涯规划、工作氛围、心理健康等方面提出高校教师激励的策略。
This article defined the concept of need, and focused on analyzing the characteristics of need for higher education faculty. Then we proposed the highereducation faculty incentive strategy from several aspects as salary, performance assessment, career planning, work atmosphere and psychological health.
