碟形封头的几何参数和应力分析 被引量:4

摘要 分析了 GB150—1998《钢制压力容器》和 JB/T4746—2002《钢制压力容器用封头》对碟形封头几何参数的规定,给出两大标准中过渡圆弧规定值和理论计算值的差值随公称直径的变化曲线,表明后者对参数的制定要比前者科学合理。并用有限元软件 ANSYS 对两大标准同一公称直径下的碟形封头作了应力分析,分析表明,同一公称直径下的碟形封头的规定值和计算值的应力分布几乎相同,从承载能力考虑,GB150-1998的碟形封头对参数的制定优于 JB/T4746—2002对参数的制定。 Analyzing the stipulation for geometrical parameters of dished head in GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessels and JB/T 4746- 2002 Formed Heads for Steel Pressure Vessels.Finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the stress on dished head with the same nominal diameter following the two standards.The results show that the difference between specified radius of transition arc and theoretical cal- culation results has little influence on dished head.In aspect of carry- ing capacity,the stipulation for dished head parameters in GB150- 1998 Steel Pressure Vessels is superior to that in JB/T 4746-2002 Formed Heads for Steel Pressure Vessels.
