摘要
叙述了某军用柴油机连杆工艺优化设计的思路和方法,运用数值模拟技术进行工艺优化,预测锻造缺陷,实现了锻造工艺设计-校核-再设计-优化设计的全过程调整。
The thoughts and methods to optimize the technology design of diesel engine rod were recited. The numerical simulation was used to design and optimize the process, estimate the defects in forging, which realized the adjustment of the whole course the process designing, checking, regulating and optimizing in series.
