摘要
为解决高铬白口铸铁的脆性问题,用钒铁对其进行变质处理,研究了高铬铸铁的钒含量对其硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着钒含量的增加,硬度升高,冲击韧度先增后减,在钒含量为0.8%(质量分数)左右时,冲击韧度最高;耐磨性与冲击韧度变化趋势相同。
In order to improve the brittleness of high chrome cast iron, the modification was carried out using ferro-vandiurn. The influences of V content on hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of high chrome cast iron were studied. The results show that the hardness of high chrome cast iron increases with the increase of V content and the impact toughness firstly increases and then decreases. The impact toughness is highest when V content is 0.8wt% . The wear resistance changes in accord with impact toughness.
