摘要
探讨了羟乙基纤维素、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、不同分子量的聚乙二醇等高分子模板,在水合肼还原法制备微/纳米Cu2O晶体中的应用特性。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等对Cu2O晶体进行了表征。本工作制得了粒径在300~500nm的正八体微/纳米Cu2O晶体。结果显示,化学沉积法制备微/纳米Cu2O时,宜选用易形成单个均一胶团、不易形成空间网络结构、具有良好空间位阻效应且分子量适中的高分子化合物作为模板。本工作获得的水合肼还原法制备Cu2O的最佳条件为:反应温度55℃,nOH-:nCu2+=2:1。
Cu2O octahedron crystal with diameter of 300-500 nm was obtained through the reduction of aqueous CuSO4 with hydrazine hydrate as reductant in the presence of a polymer template, such as hydroxyethyl cellulose, chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide and polyethylene glycol of different molecular weights. SEM, XRD were used to characterize the structure of Cu2O. The growth of Cu2O is controlled by micelles formed by the polymer template. The study shows that the soft template should select the polymer prone to form single and uniform micelle and not easy to form network configuration and with big steric hindrance and appropriate molecular weight. The optical reaction temperature for the reduction of aqueous CuSO4 with hydrazine hydrate as reductant is 55 ℃ and the best nOH-:nCu^2+ ratio is 2:1.
