艾斯能对慢性脑低灌注大鼠事件相关电位的影响

Effect of exelon on cognitive function of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion in rat

摘要 目的观察艾斯能对于慢性脑低灌注大鼠P300各波潜伏期的影响及其意义。方法对双侧颈总动脉结扎制模的大鼠4周后应用艾斯能治疗,6周后进行P300的测定,其结果与正常组、低灌注组及盐水治疗组大鼠相比较。结果低灌注组大鼠与正常组大鼠相比,P300各波潜伏期显著延长;艾斯能组虽然与正常组仍有差异,但P300各波的潜伏期均显著优于低灌注组,盐水组大鼠则无此改变。结论慢性低灌注能明显影响大鼠P300各波潜伏期,艾斯能对慢性脑低灌注所造成的P300各波潜伏期延长有肯定的治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Exelon on cognitive function of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion in rats and explore the possible mechanism. Methods The patternmaking rats were ligated for theboth side neck general artery, of which the Exelon group after 4 weeks was treated with Exelon for 6 weeks. The values of P300 latencys were recorded in normal group, chronic cerebral hypoperfusion group, physiological saline group. Results P300 latencys of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion group were significant elongation(P 〈0. 05) than those of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion group. The values of P300 latencys of Exelon treatment group are significant shorter than that of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion group, though still longer than of normal group. Conclusions Exelon can improve the cognition function significantly which is impaired by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.
