摘要
目的:探讨16层CT血管造影(16SCTA)对脑血管病变的诊断价值。方法:37例脑血管病变行16SCTA检查,应用容积重建(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP)重建,结合多平面重建(MPR)对脑血管显示情况进行评价,并将结果与DSA和/或手术结果比较。结果:37例中诊断出颅内动脉瘤32例,脑血管畸形5例。16SCTA的VR、MIP图像对脑血管主干及1~3级分支的显示率为100%,清晰显示病变的位置、大小、形态、以及与周围血管和颅骨的关系,对脑血管畸形能清晰显示供血动脉和引流静脉。结论:16SCTA具有无创、快捷、安全、准确性高的特点,可作为脑血管病变首选而有效的检查方法。
Objectlve:To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-slice computed tomography angiography(16SCTA) in cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:37 cases of cerebrovascular diseases were examined with 16SCTA. The data was reconstructed by volume reconstruction (VR), maximum intensity projecfion(MlP), with muhiplanar reconstruction(MPR). We analyzed the cerebral arteries showed by 16SCTA and compared with digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and operation results. Results: Among the 37 cases diagnoses were made in 32 with intraeranial aneurysm, 5 with arteriovenous malformation. 1 - 3 branches cerebral artery were all displayed. The VR and MIP images of 16SCYA could clearly demonstrate the locations of the diseases, together with their shape and size, and the anatomic relationship with surrounding vascular and adjacent skull bone. The supplying arteries and draining veins were also clearly revealed. Conclusion: Owing to its noninvasiveness, fast scanning speed, high safety aspects, and accuracy property, 16SCTA could be used as the first and effective choice in diagnosing of cerebrovascular diseases.
