摘要
本文报告１５例局部晚期乳腺癌采用动脉内灌注化疗作为术前诱导治疗，其中１例ＣＲ，１１例ＰＲ，３例ＭＲ，有效率为８０％（１２／１５）。在６例曾接受ＣＭＦ或ＦＡＣ方案全身化疗无效者中，１例ＣＲ，４例ＰＲ，１例ＭＲ，有效率８３％（５／６）。灌注化疗后，全部病例均进行手术，放疗，全身化疗等综合治疗。术后满３年的８例中，有２例死于远处转移，６例健在，未见有局部复发者。作者认为对局部晚期乳腺癌，灌注化疗能有效地为手术等综合治疗提供良好的条件。全身化疗无效者。
This paper reports on the effects of intraarterial intubation chemotherapy as a first step of a multidisciplinary treatment of 15 cases of locally advanced breast cancer. Following the I.Aintubation chemotherapy complete response was achieved in 1, PR in 11 and minor response (MR) in 3. The overall response rate was 80% (12/15). Of the 6 patients who had previous chemotherapy of CMF or FAC regimen, 1 achieved CR, 4 PR and 1 MR with a response rate of 83% (5/6). After preliminary I.A. infusion chemotherapy patients underwent other modalities of treatment including surgry, radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy etc. Eight patients who underwent mastectomy survived for 3 more years, 2 cases died from distant metastasis, 6 were alive without disease. This study suggests that I.A. intubation chemotherapy as a preoperative foregoing therapy might be an effective measure in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer patients who fail to respond to commonly used chemotherapy regimens such as CMF or FAC.
