摘要
本文应用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法研究胆囊癌和胆管癌组织中ＮＭ２３蛋白的表达及其意义。４０例胆囊癌ＮＭ２３蛋白阳性病例率和４２例胆管癌ＮＭ２３蛋白阳性病例率分别为６５％和５５％，高分化胆囊癌和胆管嵃危停玻车鞍籽粜圆±拭飨缘馗哂诘头只野┖偷ü馨┗蛭捶只ü馨话樽频牡野┖偷ü馨ＭＮ２３蛋白阳性病例率明显低于未转移的胆囊癌和胆管癌。结果提示ＮＭ２３蛋白表达可能与胆系癌组织学嵦卣鳌⑸镅形⒆苹蚯痹谧铺匦约霸ず蟮扔忻芮泄叵担危停玻车鞍卓赡苁且陨戏矫娴囊桓鲋匾昙菎物。
The expressions and significance of NM23 oncoprotein were studied by immunohistochemical method in the 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 42 cases of cholangiocarcinoma ,and 41 cases of pancreatic carcinoma. The results showed , ( 1 ) The positive cases rate of NM23 oncoprotein in malignant neoplasms of gallbladder ,bile duct was 65% , 55% . respectively. (2)The positive case rates of NM23 oncoprotein in well- differentatiated adenocarcinomas (gallbl-adder 18/23 ,bile duct 13/1 7 )were obviously higher than that in poor- ly-differentated adenocarcinoma (gallbladder 5/12 ,bile duct 7/16 ) . (3 )The positive case rates of NM23 onco- protein were significantly lower in the cases with metastasis (gallbladder 8/18 , bile duct 5/17)than in the cas- es without metastasis (gallbladder 18/22 , bile duct 18/25 ). These results suggested , ( 1 ) the expressions of NM23 oncoprotein might be related to the histological features ,metastatic or potentially metastatic character- ization of the malignant neoplasm of gallbladder and bile duct ,and pancreas. ( 2)NM23 oncoprotein might be an important marker in reflecting the biological behaviors and prognosis of maligant neoplasms of gallbladder and bile duct.
