多层螺旋CT诊断椎动脉变异的价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在椎动脉变异诊断中的价值。方法:MSCT诊断椎动脉变异46例,回顾性分析椎动脉变异的CT表现。结果:46例椎动脉变异中,椎动脉发育不良24例(右椎动脉发育不良18例,左椎动脉发育不良5例,左、右椎动脉发育不良1例);椎动脉起源异常13例(左椎动脉起源于主动脉弓11例,左椎动脉起源于左颈总动脉1例,右椎动脉起源于右颈总动脉1例);椎动脉行径异常3例(右椎动脉行径异常1例,左椎动脉行径异常2例);单侧双支椎动脉变异2例(均为右侧双支椎动脉);窗式椎动脉变异4例。结论:MSCT是无创诊断椎动脉变异的优良方法。 Objective: To assess the value of muhislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of anomalous vertebral artery (VA). Methods: Forty-six patients analyzed. Results:Forty-six patients with anomalous VA were with anomalous VA diagnosed by MSCT were retrospectively identified, including hypoplastic right VA (n= 18), hypoplas tic left VA (n=5) ,hypoplastic bilateral VA (n=1) ,anomalous origin of the left VA from the aortic arch (n=11) ,anoma- lous origin of the left VA from the left common carotid artery (n= 1), anomalous origin of the right VA from the right common carotid artery (n= 1) ,the aberrant entrance position into the transverse foramen of the right VA (n= 1) ,the aber rant entrance position into the transverse foramen of the left VA (n=2), double right VA branches (n= 2), VA fenestration (n 4). The signs of anomalous VA were showed by MSCT VA angiography. Conclusion: MSCT is a useful noninvasive imaging tool for the diagnosis of VA variations.
