摘要
目的验证8种消毒剂对疫苗生产环境的消毒效果。方法以Letheen肉汤培养基作为中和剂,检测其对8种消毒剂的中和作用;定量悬浮试验计算不同消毒剂对不同菌的杀菌率;并对各消毒剂的消毒效果进行验证。结果用Letheen肉汤培养基作为中和剂,可有效中和8种消毒剂的杀菌作用;Process LpH Sterile Unit Dose、Process VespheneⅡst Unit Dose、ProcessNPD、甲醛和洗必泰对枯草芽孢杆菌、G-异型小杆菌、G+双球菌及霉菌的杀菌效果明显优于乳酸、新洁尔灭和"84"消毒液;ProcessLpH Sterile Unit Dose、Process VespheneⅡst Unit Dose、Process NPD、甲醛和洗必泰的消毒效果明显优于乳酸、新洁尔灭和"84"消毒液。结论Process LpH Sterile Unit Dose、Process VespheneⅡst Unit Dose、Process NPD、甲醛和洗必泰对疫苗生产环境的消毒效果明显优于乳酸、新洁尔灭和"84"消毒液。
Objective To verify the sterilization effects of 8 kinds of disinfectants on the environment for vaccine production. Methods The neutralization effects of 8 kinds of disinfectants were determined by using Letheen broth medium as neutralizer. The killing rates of various bacteria were calculated by quantitative suspension test. The in situ sterilization effects of various disinfectants were verified. Results The Letheen broth medium as neutralizer neutralized the killing effects of 8 kinds of disinfectants effectively. The killing effects on Bacillus subtilis, Gram negative Bacterium minutaferula, Gram positive diplococcus and mould as well as in situ sterilization effects of Process LpH Sterile Unit Dose, Process Vesphene Ⅱ st Unit Dose, Process NPD, formaldehyde and chlorhexidine acetate were significantly stronger than those of lactic acid, benzalkonii bromidum and “84” disinfectant. Conclusion Compared with lactic acid, benzalkonii bromidum and “84” disinfectant, Process LpH Sterile Unit Dose, Process Vesphene Ⅱ st Unit Dose, Process NPD, formaldehyde and chlorhexidine acetate were more suitable for the sterilization during vaccine production.
