摘要
以抗病油菜品种783和感病品种84039为材料,4叶期进行10mmol/L草酸浸根处理不同时间后,对其3种酶活性进行测定。结果表明,抗病品种783的过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于感病品种84039。2个品种叶片中POD、SOD的活性都比各自的清水对照高,且抗病品种增加幅度大于感病品种,而PPO活性却下降。说明这3种酶在油菜对核盘菌草酸毒素的抗性表达过程中有重要生理生化作用,在抗病育种中可能作为生理指标加以利用。
Oxalic acid is a toxin secreted by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The activities of three enzymes were measured at different time after 10 mmol/L oxalic acid treatment during the four leaf stages. The results showed that there were some differences in the activities of POD,PPO and S0D between the two rapeseed varieties. The activities of the three enzymes in the resistant variety 783 were higher than that of the susceptible variety 84039. The activities of POD and SOD in the two rapeseed varieties under oxalic acid treament were higer than that in their own check, and the increasing extent of the resistant variety was greater than that of the susceptible variety, but the activity of the PPO decreased. These results indicated these three enzymes played an important role in the resistant reaction to toxin oxalic acid, and they might be used as physiological criteria in rapeseed resistant breeding.
