摘要
以一组抗病和丰产品种（系）为材料对棉花的抗枯、黄萎病性进行了研究，结果表明：抗病品种（系）对７号枯萎菌生理小种抗性较好，一般能够达到病指小于１０的育种目标。各供试材料对８号枯萎菌生理小种和７号、８号混合枯萎菌生理小种抗性较差，没有出现高抗材料。全部供试材料都不抗黄萎病，病情指数都在５０以上。相关分析表明，棉花对不同类型的枯萎菌生理小种的抗性存在高度正相关，但抗枯萎病性和抗黄萎病性二者相关性较低。
Several cotton cultivars and lines were used to investigate their resistance to Fusarium and Verticillium wilt. Some of these materials were highly resistant to race 7 of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, but all of them were susceptible to race 8, mixed races of 7 and 8, and Verticillium wilt. There was a highly positive correlation between their resistance to different races of Fusarium wilt, while a loose one between their resistance to Fusarium and Verticillium wilt.
