摘要
10L/min的臭氧曝气90min和120min内培养液中的番茄青枯病病原菌和番茄枯萎病病原菌菌数分别从105cfu/mL和104cfu/mL降至0。臭氧曝气对培养液中的无机养分无显著影响。
Ozonation of a 100 liter re-circulating nutrient solution at a rate of 10L/ min completely killed Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici race 1 at 104 cfu/ mL and Pseudomonas solanacerum at 105 cfu/ mL within 120 min and 90 min respectively. The oronation treatment had no effects on inorganic components in the solutions.
