摘要
应用平均基因杂合度、Nei的基因分化系数(Gst)、Lewontin的Shannon信息测度及Wright的固定指数(Fst)对陕西境内2个山羊群体存在多态的血液蛋白位点的基因频率进行了遗传变异分析。研究表明:山羊群体的遗传变异主要是由系统内血液蛋白的多态现象造成,系统间的遗传差异仅在8%以下;平均基因杂合度是度量群体遗传变异的最适指标,而Gst。
The genetic variances were analysed by the gene frequencies of 5 blood protein loci of two goat populations in Shaanxi with average gene heterozygosity,gene diversity index,Shannon infromation measurement and fixed index proposed by Wright.The results indicated:the genetic variance of the goat populaiton mainly resulted from the blood protein polymorphism within the systems,with the only difference of less than 8% between the systems.The results also showed the average gene heterozygosity was the desirable item for measuring population genetic variance and the Gst、Fst、Shannon information measurement all can be used for analysing the distribution of genetic variance between and within the systems.
