摘要
利用简单随机抽样获得亚东山羊(n=6),高原型藏山羊(n=15)样本,以吕梁山羊为对照进行基因组DNARAPD及RFLP标记的分析。结果表明,序列为5′-TGGTG-CACTC-3′的随机引物可以作为区分亚东山羊与高原型藏山羊的标记引物,S及MAPD在某种程度上揭示了类群间遗传相似性;EcoRⅠ,HaeⅢ单酶切,EcoRⅠ/HindⅢ双酶切亚东山羊和高原型藏山羊基因组DNA分别产生可观察的RFLP条带。
Compared with Luliang Goat (n=8),Yadong (n=6) and plateau type goats (n=15) samples were collected with simple random sampling.The genomic DNA were determined by RAPD and RFLP.The result indicated that the 14th primer could be confirmed as a marked primer to discern Yadong and plateau type goats.The genetic variation between populations was promulgated by similarity index and MAPD to some extent.Respectively,2 and 1 RFLP bands were detected with EcoRⅠ and HaeⅢ singlecutting,I and 2 bands with EcoRⅠ/HindⅢ doublecutting.
