摘要
对K、L、Sh、T型4类小麦雄性不育系杂种F1恢复度分析表明:①4类细胞质均存在不同程度的不良效应;②不育系易恢复性能为K>L≥Sh>T型;③K型不育系恢复度高的一个重要原因在于小穗中部小花结实性好;④4类不育系的恢复度均与穗粒数有重要相关关系;⑤4种细胞质类型对筛选高恢复度杂种F1具有各自不同的要求;⑥研究K、L、Sh型恢复度时。
The analysis on the restoration degree of the F1 hybrid wheat by CMS K,L,Sh or T were carried out in this study. The results are as follows: (1) Different bad effects in hybrid wheat with K,L,Sh and T cytoplasm are found;(2) Their sequence of easy restoration is: K>L≥Sh>T;(3) One important reason for the high degree restoration of CMS K results from the high setting rate in the middle of spikelets;(4) The restoration degree of the fourtype sterile lines has a close correlation with grains per spike. (5) Breeding objective of higher restorative degree in F1 varies depending on individual cytoplasmic type.(6) The international method is more reasonable than the domestic when the restoring degree of hybrid wheat with K,L or Sh cytoplasm is studied.
