摘要
雏鸡接种传染性法氏囊病（ＩＢＤ）弱毒疫苗后第３天，气管内接种致病性大肠杆菌菌悬液根据发病率、血液白细胞计数（ＷＢＣ）值、嗜异性白细胞百分率、α萘酯酶阳性Ｔ细胞（ＴＡＮＡＥ＋）百分率、淋巴细胞转化率（％）、血清抗体效价检测结果表明，接种ＩＢＤ弱毒疫苗对３天后实验感染大肠杆菌无实质性影响，实验感染大肠杆菌对先期接种ＩＢＤ弱毒疫苗激发产生抗体应答，无实质性影响。
Chickens were intratracheally injected with the suspension of E.coli at the third day after inoculating of IBD attenuated vaccine.Based on morbidity,WBC count,rate of heteiophil leucucyie,rate of ANAE+ cell,rate of lymphoblastic transformation,and serum antibody titer,it showed that the prior IBD vaccination did not essentially effect upon experimental infection of E.coli at the third day after vaccination and experimental infection of E.coli did not essentially effect upon antibody response to prior IBD vaccination.
