摘要
大豆品种感染SMV后,感病植株各生育阶段(R1、R3、R5)叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、单株可溶性总糖含量明显低于健株,表明光合产物累积较少,分配到各器官亦少,使干物质和日积累速度除低,导致表现生物产量下降。就本试验结果分析,表观生物产量的下降是导致感病植株减产的主导因素。
Chlorophyll content photosynthetic rate and soluble total sugar content per plant at R 1,R 3 and R 5 growth stages of suseptable plants were lower than those of healthy plants after inoculated with SMV3. The results indicated that accumulation of photosynthetic products was decreased after infected by SMV, and the amount of photosynthetic preducts allocated to different organs were all reduced apparently, biological yield decreased as daily dry matter and accumulating rate became lower. Decrease of biological yield may be the main reason of seed yield loss in plants infected by SMV.
